We have students constantly requiring practice, so we often have more openings than your average spa!
However, this doesn't mean we are always available for walk-ins, and you definitely should book ahead to ensure you are not disappointed! If you are looking for a group booking, we can often accommodate multiple manicures, pedicures, or facials at the same time if you book far enough in advance. Looking to book a birthday or bridal party? Just give us enough notice and we'd love to have you on your special day.
Unfortunately we have had problems with clients booking and cancelling at the last minute or simply not showing up for their appointments. We understand that sometimes issues arise, but we do appreciate a phone call when you think you might be late or cannot make your appointment. For bookings of 4 or more - as well as clients constantly cancelling or no-showing their appointments - a 50% deposit is required.
