Spa Academy Safety Commitment

We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our guests, students, staff and families.

We will be continuing social distance practice, when possible during appointments, while always following the provincial guidelines. Spa Academy staff has always taught and followed an elevated level of sanitation and cleanliness. This standard will be consistently monitored to ensure the safety of all who enter.

Please inquire about which services are available, as we are working with responsible spacing and extended appointment times. Please remember to book early, to avoid disappointment.

When you arrive:

Discuss your expectations with your esthetician, especially if this is your first appointment together. This service is for you so make sure you clearly communicate what you want!

If you are unhappy with your service, the price you paid, the value you received, or the way you were treated, please bring this to our attention and we will do our best to ensure you leave happy!
